Summer 2020 - Imagine Your Story

Children's Program

Reading Challenge for Ages 5 - 12

This summer, we invite kids on a quest for badges. Questers earn 20 points for each day of reading and/or special learning mission completed.  For every 100 points earned, level up and earn a badge. Collect all 10 badges by completing 50 days of reading. Log reading online or on paper (more on that below).

Reading Challenge for Preschoolers

Younger children and their grown-ups have a reading challenge all their own!  Read and complete literacy activities together for 50 days this summer to earn badges or some fun fairy tale surprises from the library. Reading can be logged online or on paper.
Note to parents: Your child may collect the badges shown above in the elementary program. If you feel this would present a choking hazard due to your child's age, you may instead choose the goodie bag, which would be collected after 50 days of reading.
