The musical Hamilton has made this part of United States history very popular and interesting to a lot of people. While it originally was on Broadway, there is now a recorded version of it on the Disney+ streaming service, rated PG-13 for "language and some suggestive material". The library also has a copy of the Hamilton soundtrack as well as a remixed version of the soundtrack that can be checked out (unedited for language or content, so the same content warnings would apply.) There is a good content guide here to help you decide if the content is appropriate for your child. Or if you'd like to hear one of the songs performed by kids, check out the Mini Hamilton version of The Schuyler Sisters below!
