The Farmer's Almanac website has a page dedicated to when the best dates to view the changing leaves is in each state. They also have a top-10 list of best places to see the leaves changing, and Letchworth State Park (about an hour and a half away from Niagara Falls) made their list! ILoveNY.com also has a fall foliage report updated each week with information on when to best view the changing leaves in each region of New York State.
